During week seven of my 20% project I did more research for my project. The main thing that I have been concerned about is what to use to keep the bottom part of the cleat attached to the shoe. I just planned to go to the local hardware store and ask one of the employees what they recommend to use, but before I do that I went on Google to see if anyone recommended a strong glue that I can use for my project. The best thing that i have found so far is this type of industrialize glue. It's called Gorilla Glue. I then searched Gorilla glue up to get more information on it and I saw good reviews on it. However I don't know if it will be strong enough to hold the bottom part of the cleat to the shoe, but I can't find anything else to use so that is what I am going to use for my project.
Maybe take an old cleat apart and then put Gorilla glue on them and test it out to see if it will hold up. Just a thought. Think flexibly.
