Week 8 20% Project

During week 8 of my 20% project I was working on how to make our presentation much better for my 20 % project that is due the beginning of June.  Everything is going good so far with the project, however I am still indecisive on what kind of glue we should use to keep the metal cleat to the shoe.  I would not want the bottom part of the shoe to be falling apart while the person is using them.  My teacher helped me and told me that if the bottom part of the shoe were to come off then before hand we give them instruction in how to fit it, and maybe give them a little bottle of glue I used for the shoe.  I hope it works out and the bottom part never falls off so the person we gave the shoe to so he can tell more people about it so my partner and I can make for baseball players all around.

Week 7 20% Project

During week seven of my 20% project I did more research for my project.  The main thing that I   have been concerned about is what to use to keep the bottom part of the cleat attached to the shoe.  I just planned to go to the local hardware store and ask one of the employees what they recommend to use,  but before I do that I went on Google to see if anyone recommended a strong glue that I can use for my project.  The best thing that i have found so far is this type of industrialize glue.  It's called Gorilla Glue.  I then searched Gorilla glue up to get more information on it and I saw good reviews on it.  However I don't know if it will be strong enough to hold the bottom part of the cleat to the shoe, but I can't find anything else to use so that is what I am going to use for my project.
